Reflection
The scripture above used words like powerful, quick, sharper than, piercing deep… Depending on the translation. All of these words are used to describe how extraordinary and powerful the Word of God is.
If there’s one thing I am sure of, one thing I’ve known not to fail at all, it is the potency of the Word of God. The word of God builds, it creates, it brings to life, it heals, and much more. I have seen the Word work in different areas of my life as an individual, family, friends etc.
No wonder the Bible said in
Luke 21:33 ” Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away”
That is how powerful the Word of God is.
Rest in His Words and promises because what he has spoken concerning you will not go back to him void until it has done that which He sent it to do.
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Today I rest on your Word, knowing that your word is more assuring than any assurance or insurance that man could provide.
Today I stand on the potency and creative power of your Word which is able to bring to pass every word that has been spoken concerning me in your Word.
Father, let your will be done In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
