Thoughts on Today’s Bible Verse
Grace is sufficient for us, but that doesn’t mean you should continue in sin because grace is available. You can’t commit sin knowingly and expect grace to cover it.
What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Romans 6:15
As humans, there’s every possibility that we may fall short in certain areas sometimes. When you realize it, don’t condemn yourself but run to the throne of grace with sincerity of heart and don’t go back to it. Remember that God who is a merciful God is also a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.1 John 1:8-9
God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Romans 6:2
