Bible Verse of The Day – Deuteronomy 8 vs 18

Wealth and riches belongs to God, he alone can give us the grace to become wealthy. God alone can give true riches without adding sorrow to it, he gives you peace to enjoy the wealth.

American King James Version (AKJV) – But you shall remember the LORD your God: for it is he that gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Amplified Bible (AMP) – But you shall [earnestly] remember the Lord your God, for it is He Who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

American Standard Version (ASV) – But thou shalt remember Jehovah thy God, for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth; that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as at this day.

Basic Bible English (BBE) – But keep in mind the Lord your God: for it is he who gives you the power to get wealth, so that he may give effect to the agreement which he made by his oath with your fathers, as at this day.

Good News Translation (GNT) – Remember that it is the Lord your God who gives you the power to become rich. He does this because he is still faithful today to the covenant that he made with your ancestors.

God’s Word to The Nations (God’s word) – But remember the LORD your God is the one who makes you wealthy. He’s confirming the promise which he swore to your ancestors. It’s still in effect today.
