One of the greatest advantages we have as children of God is the privilege of being led or directed by the Holy Spirit himself. It’s so important and necessary because divine direction saves you from a whole lot of troubles. Knowing what to do and where to go per time is not negotiable.
My dad was once called sorcerer by his political enemies just because they thought he was using an evil means to know their plans in order to escape from the series evil they laid up against him. They felt he had one magician that usually gives him protection from them or tells him their plans even before carry it out.
This was because God always exposed their evil plans and would tell him what to do, so they were so suprised and so they concluded what they felt was the reason
Been in the midst of people and immediately getting a hint in your spirit to move and immediately you move something terrible happens but you’re excluded from the evil. Isn’t that just awesome.

Reasons for unanswered prayers
The Holy Spirit always speaks to us in order to get out of trouble. He helps us so we don’t fall into temptation, teaching us always on the right path to follow through divine direction.
Moses knew this well enough so he said
And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.Exodus 33:15
Importance of Divine Direction.
1. It Keeps us on track with God’s Purpose for Our lives.
2. Keeps us from falling into Temptation.
3. Keeps us from taking the wrong path (wrong partner, wrong business, wrong carrier path etc.).
4. Divine direction gives us an hedge over our enemies.
How do You Receive divine direction?
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Whatever you desire in the Kingdom ask.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Matthew 7:7
As long as you don’t ask amiss you’ll definitely receive.
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. James 4:3
Sincerely desire it and ask God for it in prayer and believe that you have received it and you will have it.
Another way is to acknowledge him in all you do, letting him know that you recognize his part and role in that thing you’re doing.
A Prayer For Divine Direction
Dear Lord,
I trust you with all of my heart, I don’t want to rely on my own understanding.
I commit to acknowledging you in all of my ways, and I trust you to make straight all my paths.
I depend and rely on your will for my life, because I know that your will for me is more precious and better than my will.
I hide myself under your wings, because I know that I am secure with you. I pray and ask oh Lord that your presence will always go with me wherever I go and whatever I do.
I acknowledge that I cannot do anything on my own. Help me Daddy because only you can, so I may live right all the days of my life.
Lead me every steps of the way so that I don’t fall prey to the enemy. Thank you lord Jesus for all you do for me and for those you’re yet to do in Jesus Name.
