55+ Bible verses about healing, bible verses for strength that will encourage and comfort your soul.
Health is the birthright of every believer in Christ, By his stripes we were healed. We are healed by his stripes because he paid in full with his own body and life. That we may live freely.
A lot of time, we pray for healing, memorize scriptures on healing or scriptures about healing with no result in our health. our prayers for healing often don’t make any difference.
This is because after praying for healing we don’t believe in our prayer for healing enough to receive answers. We pray as though we are begging God for healing when he had already told us that we were healed by his stripes. The word were means that our healing had been settled and paid in full even before we were born.
Yet because of the challenges of life we forget that a price was paid on the cross.
While it is easy to believe in the promises of God concerning our health when we are living in good health, it is more difficult to to believe and hope when we are facing difficulties with our health. When it seems like our health is failing us. But the truth is, whether we believe it or not we have been healed by his stripes and we are in no way indebted to sickness.
