18. Recovery Prayer
Thank You for waking us
up on this glorious morning;
You for giving my family,
loved ones and I, health and strength;
thank You for that unconditional, undying.
Never-failing, endless love
that graces us each day;
for love came down and saved us on the cross,
in the from of flesh
and for that we are eternally grateful.
Heavenly Creator, In this season of gratitude and abundance, we
give You thanks for our many blessings as we
pray for all who struggle with hunger and want.
Be with them in the dark of night, when all hope
seems lost. Keep their faith strong as they await
relief. Let Your goodness flow throughout our
hearts and hands as we reach out to one another
in the full, true joy of Thanksgiving in Christ. Amen
